Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Products must have receipt or proof of purchase, be unused, in new condition and in original packaging. Custom orders and the following chemicals cannot be exchanged or returned: muriatic acid, sodium hypochlorite (chlorinating liquid), or calcium hypochlorite (cal hypo). See Exclusions for additional details. Chemicals must be sealed for returns to be accepted.

Damaged or defective products may be exchanged in store or by contacting customer service at info@southerntidepools.com or 866-690-7589 within 30 days of purchase. Outside of the 30-day window, damaged or defective products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Electrical equipment cannot be returned if deemed having been hooked up to electricity. Manufacturers warranty will take over at that point and the manufacturer will need to be contacted.
